The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient's orthodontic problem. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options at your consultation before the treatment begins. We have several payment plans to suit different budgets.
In an effort to keep orthodontic fees manageable, we have established this financial policy:
As a patient of this office, you should understand that regular payments are due as discussed in the Payment Agreement you sign at the start of your treatment.
Should your account become at least three (3) months delinquent, your account will be turned over for collections and may result in termination of treatment.
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs.
Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance.
If you have insurance, we will provide you with pre-determination forms to submit to your insurance company to determine the coverage you have available.
Insurance forms will be mailed to you when payments are made, however you are responsible to send the forms to your insurance company in order to get reimbursed.
To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire.
If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
